When will my order be delivered?

We understand very well that you don't want to sit at home all day waiting for your package. On the day of delivery, you will receive an e-mail with an indication of the time. This indication always consists of a period of one hour, so you can take into account the arrival of the delivery person.

After the package leaves us, you can track it via the track & trace link on the website of the Post's delivery service. You will find this link in your delivery confirmation email. That way, your package is in safe hands, from door to door. Parcel service Post also offers the possibility of giving a "delivery permit", at a location of your choice. I have not received my package
